RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from West Texas Primal Bites. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unopened products in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns:

Product Condition: We accept returns on products that are in their original, unopened condition. If the product has been opened, used, or is not in its original packaging, we may not be able to process the return.

Notification: If you wish to return a product, please notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 30 days for the refund to process.

Exchanges:

Product Condition: We accept exchanges on products that are in their original, unopened condition. If the product has been opened, used, or is not in its original packaging, we may not be able to process the exchange.

Notification: If you wish to exchange a product, please notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery. 

Exchange Shipping: Shipping costs for the replacement product are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will send out the replacement product. Please allow 7 days for the replacement to be shipped or delivered.

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement product or by processing a refund, based on your preference.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will assist with the cancellation and provide a refund. Once the order is processed, the return and exchange policy will apply.
