The Clean Bowl Guarantee

Trying raw food should feel confident, not risky. If your dog does not enjoy their first eligible blend, contact West Texas Primal Bites within seven days of delivery or pickup. After we approve the claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution: one replacement protein or store credit equal to 110% of the net amount paid for the affected product.
Eligibility
- The guarantee applies to a customer’s first qualifying order and one eligible blend from that order.
- Only one approved Clean Bowl Guarantee claim is permitted per customer and household.
- The initial delivery of a new subscription may qualify. Subscription renewals and repeat orders do not.
- Wholesale, resale, duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or abusive claims are not eligible.
How to submit a claim
Contact us within seven calendar days of delivery or pickup. Include:
- Your name, email address, and order number
- Your dog’s name and the blend or protein
- The delivery or pickup date
- A short explanation of what happened
- Photos of the product, label and lot information, remaining food, and confirmation of proper frozen storage when requested
Resolution and store credit
- After reviewing the claim, West Texas Primal Bites will determine whether the appropriate resolution is one replacement protein or store credit.
- Store credit is calculated as 110% of the net amount actually paid for the affected product after discounts.
- Taxes and shipping, route, or local-delivery charges are excluded.
- Store credit is not redeemable for cash and is subject to Shopify account and checkout limitations.
Food safety and delivery problems
Do not feed food that appears damaged, leaking, thawed, spoiled, or otherwise unsafe. Report these concerns within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Delivery-condition and food-safety concerns are reviewed separately from taste-preference claims.
Proper handling
Claims involving improper storage, handling contrary to our instructions, or food left unrefrigerated or unfrozen are not eligible. Do not discard or donate the remaining food until our team confirms the next step.
